- SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
Main Role: The objective of the Sponsorship Committee is to solicit businesses for large cash or merchandise donations. This committee will work closely with the Auction Chairs and the Donation Coordinator(s) to ensure there will be no overlap. This committee is especially vital to the success of our fundraising goals! - LIVE/SILENT AUCTION ITEM COMMITTEE
Main Role: The objective of the LIVE AUCTION ITEM COMMITTEE is to obtain unique donations
for use in the live auction, silent auction and raffle. Creating unique fun experience such as Progressive Dinners, House Parties, Mom's Night Out, Dad's Night Out and more. These may be high priced specialty items such as weekend getaway trips, adventure excursions (such as hot air balloon trips, race track driving, golf packages, deep sea fishing, or RV and boat rentals). We are looking for unique fun items! - CLASS ART PROJECT COMMITTEE - Monique Dickinson, Dominique Mimno, Elaine Burrell
Main Role: The objective of the CLASS ART PROJECT COMMITTEE is to ensure the
contribution of a unique class donation for the live auction. May or may not be child generated or child
themed. Project should appeal to a wide audience. Class Art Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the delivery and set up of the class art projects at the auction site the day of the event. They are also responsible for delivery of the items to the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction - PHOTOGRAPHY COMMITTEE
Main Role: The objectives of the PHOTOGRAPHY committee is to coordinate the photography of the children for the parents attending the auction. The photos will then be displayed and sold the night of the auction. The photography display consists of a gallery of 81/2x11 black and white photos mounted and hung up around the silent auction area in the Boiler Room. - VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
Main Role: Day of Event Volunteers work multiple areas on the day of the auction
assisting several committees. This may include but is not limited to, set up/clean up, monitoring
auction tables, registering guests, entering data for cashiering, moving items from silent and live auction sections to pick up area and acting as spotters for the live auction.

- Main Role: Coordination of black and white centerpieces as well as other decor items. Display of old photographs/memorabilia.
